Occupational Therapy (OT) helps people participate more fully in the activities that give their lives meaning. Whether those activities include managing daily schedules and routines, parenting, succeeding at work/school, regulating emotions, or navigating life's stressors, occupational therapists help people develop the skills and strategies needed to live with greater confidence and independence.
Using a personalized, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach, we work collaboratively with individuals and caregivers to create practical solutions that support both mind & body connection.

While many associate occupational therapy with physical rehabilitation, OT was built on the concept that engaging in meaningful activities, improves a persons mental well-being. OT’s are skilled at finding individualized, creative strategies, to help you accomplish whatever sets your soul on fire.
Our approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and deeply rooted in the therapeutic relationship. We believe meaningful, lasting change happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to build skills that fit their unique lives.

At this time, Therapeutic Connections OT is a private-pay practice and does not participate with insurance plans.
Choosing a private-pay model allows us to provide individualized, client-centered care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies, including restrictions on session length, treatment approaches, or medical necessity requirements.
As a courtesy, we can provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit directly to your insurance company to request out-of-network reimbursement. While reimbursement cannot be guaranteed, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your specific coverage.
